SHIPPING POLICY

1. What are my payment options?
Currently, we only accept Bank Transfer method.
After payment has been made, simply go to “PAYMENT CONFIRMATION’ page and fill in the details.

2. What courier services do you provide?
For Domestic Indonesia orders: JNE (www.jne.co.id)

3. When will my order be shipped and arrived?
We offer shipment Every Monday – Friday. There will be no shipment on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Orders received before 12PM will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders received after 12PM will be processed and shipped the day after.
Domestic orders:
- Regular : Please allow 3-5 working days.
- Express : Please allow 1-2 working days

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Domestic orders will be delivered using JNE and can be tracked at www.jne.co.id .

5. Do you provide One-Day Delivery Service?
Yes, we do provide One Day delivery service by JNE YES. If you need further assistance, do contact our customer service.

6. Shipping Rules & Restrictions
VONDII is not responsible for the risk of loss merchandise after JNE processes the shipment
VONDII is not responsible if JNE is unable to deliver the package in time due to:
- incomplete/misspelled address
- no recipient at the address.
